This application is created by Department of Trade and Taxes Government of Delhi which start a lottery system in which you have to upload your purchase bill and get rewards from Department of Trade and Taxes . To upload your bill you have to enter some mandatory information of your bill and a image of your bill .You have also lodge complaint against the dealer who not provide you original bill of your purchase . To lodge complaint against dealer you have to select complaint type and upload two image one of your kaccha bill and second image of shop which provide kaccha bill.
